The Cogswell Clan has been living in Topeka, KS for the last 12 years. They have been in ministry for all 20 years of their marriage and lived various places - Phx, AZ, Longmont, CO and Greenwood, IN. This last September the Cogswells stepped out of full-time preaching ministry to lead a new foundation, AIM5. Amy is a full-time stay at home mom and homeschooler. Connor is oldest, 18, Caitlyn is 15, Cameron is 14, Claire Grace is 11, Chloe is 6 and Cora Jo came home in the Spring of 2015 also at 6 years old. The four oldest Cogswells are biological children, Chloe was adopted from Taiwan at 16 months and has Down Syndrome, and Cora Jo from China also rocks an extra chromosome. The Cogswells are very involved with their church's adoption and foster care ministry and remain busy as high school youth coaches. When Cogswells adopted Chloe, they admit, they were clueless. They knew our calling to the least of these and to welcome the stranger; to provide and care for the orphan and the widow, but they didn't know it personally and deeply. God gently showed them His heart when they traveled and brought Chloe home. The Lord opened their eyes and hearts to what became a passion - helping others see the need and calling to help the vulnerable around the world.
