Come into God’s Presence

Psalm 68:5-6
To the fatherless he is a father.
To the widow he is a champion friend.
To the lonely he makes them part of a family.
To the prisoners he leads into prosperity until they sing for joy.
This is our Holy God in his Holy Place!
But for the rebels there is heartache and despair.
Our God is so, so good. He loves us with an unshakeable, fervent love. It breaks His heart to see His children living in brokenness — physical, spiritual, or emotional. As one who is broken, yet saved and made whole by the death andRead more

Link arms through sponsorship!

Rahab’s Corner in Uganda was launched in 2015 to assist women and girls in the slums who needed a restart on their lives. Many of our residents have been prostituted and all of them have experienced severe poverty, hunger and despair.
We are on a mission to secure sponsors for each of our residents and their children. For just $35 a month, you can be a part of giving hope to women who have felt hopeless. You can help provide schooling to children who love to learn. You can be a part of teaching skills to young women who wantRead more

When “Jesus Calls” in Uganda

“Come to me with a teachable spirit, eager to be changed.”
This is the very first line of the book, Jesus Calling, by Sarah Young, that Penninah is holding up in the photo.
What a powerful message for the first day of January in a book! It’s a call from Jesus to be teachable and to be eager. And Penninah possesses both of those qualities. Like the other girls at Rahab’s Corner in Uganda.
Imagine being a destitute young girl living in a slum, resorting to whatever it takes to make money to buy food to survive. ImagineRead more

Intern Report from Rahab’s Corner!

Our beloved interns, Chris and Kazden Duggan, are finding their feet in our brand-new Rahab’s Corner in Uganda.  Here is an honest account of their challenges and victories since they’ve been there these short few weeks.  Thank you, Chris and Kaz, for being such a blessing to these precious young ladies!
We were so excited to move to Uganda to work with Pure & Faultless at Rahab’s Corner and preparing and planning the big move took months. We had been praying and asked others to join us in prayer leading up to our move date. InRead more

Lighting Up the World for Christmas

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.  But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.  Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.  This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying inRead more

Someone Special in Rwanda

Here is a very special young woman who crept into so many of our hearts, especially mine.  We’ll call her Georgette, and she lives in Rwanda.
Can the body of Christ rally together and pray for this treasure?  She and her son are going through a very rough season.  I would love it if God showed His glory and power in the life of this little family that loves Jesus so, so much.
Pray, church!  Let’s hold her arms up in prayer until she sees victory in this situation!
Thank you all.

Strength In Numbers!

I love this sign!
I saw it when meeting one of the young women in Rwanda who was the victim of a heartbreaking crime, committed by her own father.
As I walked around this safe location where Pure & Faultless placed her, the sign stopped me in my tracks.  We sponsor her schooling, the daycare for her young son, all necessary supplies, and anything else she requires to make a new start in life with her Savior, Jesus Christ.  Including her own Bible, which she brandishes unashamedly.
Having lived in California for many years, I have grown to love the championRead more

Bringing HOPE through YOU!

Some missions ministries send people to do the work. Others plant people there. What makes Pure & Faultless different is that we identify faithful, tested missions organizations and people of God already there and enable them to change lives!
How?
By sending money and resources. It’s that simple. And it’s also that effective. If we did not function like this, we could not function at all. That’s why we at Pure & Faultless rely heavily on YOU.
We are a very small ministry that has a huge backyard. Very quickly, we’ve seen lives change in four different needy countriesRead more

to dream again

One of the things that our team gets asked the most is this: “We don’t feel called to adopt.  We don’t feel called to be missionaries. But what can we do to make a difference?  What can we do to help?”
We understand.  With all our hearts, we do.  We’ve been there. It’s so easy to look beyond our four walls and feel like the needs of the world are just so vast, so utterly overwhelming.  It’s sometimes easier to just pretend that the harshness of this life doesn’t exist.
How can myRead more

On the Heart of Our Contact and Friend in Uganda

It started with a dream.  And now it’s becoming a reality.
Through a God-orchestrated friendship with our founder Deb Steiner, Moreen has seen Rahab’s Corner unfold before her very eyes.  It’s a slow-moving miracle that just keeps astounding.
As the first phase of construction nears a completion date, Moreen wanted to give YOU, our generous, kingdom-minded donors a message from the heart.
