Come into God’s Presence

Psalm 68:5-6
To the fatherless he is a father.
To the widow he is a champion friend.
To the lonely he makes them part of a family.
To the prisoners he leads into prosperity until they sing for joy.
This is our Holy God in his Holy Place!
But for the rebels there is heartache and despair.
Our God is so, so good. He loves us with an unshakeable, fervent love. It breaks His heart to see His children living in brokenness — physical, spiritual, or emotional. As one who is broken, yet saved and made whole by the death andRead more

Intern Report from Rahab’s Corner!

Our beloved interns, Chris and Kazden Duggan, are finding their feet in our brand-new Rahab’s Corner in Uganda.  Here is an honest account of their challenges and victories since they’ve been there these short few weeks.  Thank you, Chris and Kaz, for being such a blessing to these precious young ladies!
We were so excited to move to Uganda to work with Pure & Faultless at Rahab’s Corner and preparing and planning the big move took months. We had been praying and asked others to join us in prayer leading up to our move date. InRead more

Lighting Up the World for Christmas

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.  But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.  Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.  This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying inRead more

Someone Special in Rwanda

Here is a very special young woman who crept into so many of our hearts, especially mine.  We’ll call her Georgette, and she lives in Rwanda.
Can the body of Christ rally together and pray for this treasure?  She and her son are going through a very rough season.  I would love it if God showed His glory and power in the life of this little family that loves Jesus so, so much.
Pray, church!  Let’s hold her arms up in prayer until she sees victory in this situation!
Thank you all.

Strength In Numbers!

I love this sign!
I saw it when meeting one of the young women in Rwanda who was the victim of a heartbreaking crime, committed by her own father.
As I walked around this safe location where Pure & Faultless placed her, the sign stopped me in my tracks.  We sponsor her schooling, the daycare for her young son, all necessary supplies, and anything else she requires to make a new start in life with her Savior, Jesus Christ.  Including her own Bible, which she brandishes unashamedly.
Having lived in California for many years, I have grown to love the championRead more

Bringing HOPE through YOU!

Some missions ministries send people to do the work. Others plant people there. What makes Pure & Faultless different is that we identify faithful, tested missions organizations and people of God already there and enable them to change lives!
How?
By sending money and resources. It’s that simple. And it’s also that effective. If we did not function like this, we could not function at all. That’s why we at Pure & Faultless rely heavily on YOU.
We are a very small ministry that has a huge backyard. Very quickly, we’ve seen lives change in four different needy countriesRead more

On the Heart of Our Contact and Friend in Uganda

It started with a dream.  And now it’s becoming a reality.
Through a God-orchestrated friendship with our founder Deb Steiner, Moreen has seen Rahab’s Corner unfold before her very eyes.  It’s a slow-moving miracle that just keeps astounding.
As the first phase of construction nears a completion date, Moreen wanted to give YOU, our generous, kingdom-minded donors a message from the heart.

Girl of Destiny in Rwanda!

I arrived in Rwanda and met the most amazing American couple, Amanda and Bill Bennett. Amanda has selflessly poured her heart out for young girls–as young as eight years of age!–who have been brutally raped and often beaten or worse. Sometimes even girls who have mental and physical disabilities.
We are proud to call Amanda one of us, one who shares the Pure & Faultless vision of being the hands and feet of Jesus to a broken world. And she has seen a lot of brokenness in Rwanda.
That’s why, I now know, she wantedRead more

Rehab’s Corner Coming Alive!

Dust and banana trees.
That’s all that was on the plot of land high on a hill on the outskirts of Kampala, Uganda.  Then God spoke something into existence: Rahab’s Corner.  Place of safety.  Place of salvation.  Place of a second chance at a new life.
A beautiful roof caps off living quarters.  Just a few more buildings to go, and by this fall, beauty for ashes.  In more ways than one!

It will be a far cry from the slums from where many of the girls have come.  Modest by American standards, yet luxury to aRead more

Feet: Ugly or Beautiful?

Feet.
The funniest looking part of the human body.
A foot shoots out from the ankle at an angle. A stubby, bulbous part called the heel is just kinda there. On the other end are five scrawny, boney looking things, all of which hardly line up and sometimes even do twists and turns. On top of all of that, they sometimes smell. Did God make a mistake?
Hardly. He calls these things beautiful. BEAUTIFUL!
“How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, whoRead more
